Dan 57 yes very much a bummer. I did not realize that George called it a day. I do understand his reasoning somewhat. Rnr just has been devalued. It’s sad.
I always hoped AC/DC would take them on tour and like you said let the world hear what they can do with "a million dollar sound system behind them". It's just a shame they never made it any bigger than they did.
They were a killer band, who never got the fame they deserved, such a shame.. To see and hear them live, they rocked and were loud, and so dam good live, as you all can hear here in this youtube clip.
the whole band kicks ass , with a better lead singer the would of made it big . i like his lower vocal register but his screams could be better ,. but his wrighting and vocal timming is good
These guys are just great. Great songs, foot-stompin rhythm all over, no bullshit rock'n'roll. Apart from George's guitar work and vocals which is just great I just love Brian's scorching Telecaster sound, it's so great. For more of that, check out the work he's done for Kix. A bit different but still great.
Sad to hear that they have disbanded, didn't realise they had. Great hard rock band. Some great songs in their past. Just don't really know why they weren't bigger?
