A red hot nickel ball in ferrofluid. Ferrofluid is a magnetic fluid containing oil, a surfactant to prevent clumping, and fine magnetic particles. SUBSCRIBE- shorturl.at/adk02 FACEBOOK- shorturl.at/ilrH2
Don't wear your headphones on full volume. Unless you like the idea of not being able to hear anything except a constant ringing in your ears when you're older. HTH
Awesome video! Next time you should suspend a strong magnet (like a welding magnet or from a subwoofer) above or beside the bowl as you drop in the RHNB so we could observe how the increase in temp affects the strength of the ferrofluid's magnetism in real time!
Once those magnets got loaded up with ferrofluid they slid around like there was almost no friction. I wonder if you just stumbled onto a new bearing design.
ThatGuyOnCoke Would it? Actually most of the ferrofluid would stay stuck to the magnetic bearings unlike with a normal bearing which would just spin the heavy grease out until the bearing failed.
man one of this days you are gonna find the right combination and a portal to another dimension is gonna pop out of the red hot nickel ball, maybe a electromagnet strong enough to levitate the ball or... blood IDK
So your saying that carsandwater works for a gov. orginization, and they may have potentially discovered a f*ck ton of things by mixing random household stuff with RHNB, but feel that the best was to keep it from us, the general public, is to post videos where no super-weapons or trans-dimensional portals were formed? ... GENIUS!
I suggested it in your 100,000 subscribers video, and I got it. :) Interesting reaction to the RHNB - and admittedly, not the one that I expected. Stay awesome, good sir!
Isn't that basically motor oil, dish soap and iron filings? The heat removed the magnetic properties from the iron, yeah? And the cooling rate prevented re-aligning. Just a guess.
