"Rhodesians Never Die" is a Rhodesian patriotic song, written and first recorded by Rhodesian singer-songwriter Clem Tholet in 1973. Though originally released as a pop song, its lyrics caused it to gain an iconic status amongst Rhodesians during the Rhodesian Bush War of the 1970s.

White people built an amazing civilization ❤ with a stable currency a thriving economy, plenty of agriculture and industry airports schools, hospitals, universities, paved, roads, railroads, plenty of fresh, clean, running water, electricity, air conditioning, fully stocked, grocery store, shelves, plenty of petrol at all the filling stations no trash on the streets no no graffiti on the buildings and then everything collapsed. @Daan Schlüter It's ironic that the same melody is used in the anthem of one of the segregationist states of the history and in the anthem of one of the major drivers of the interracial tolerance

the stupidity of the Rhodesian white minority is that they couldve just agreed to some sort of transitional path to democracy in the mid to late 60s but they decided to cling on to power thereby ensuring a nasty conflict, death and suffering, both on their own white and also of course mostly the black population. some moderate like Abel Muzorewa wouldve come to power instead of a corrupt kleptocrat like Mugabe.
