Hey, i just want to say that it's not just your content that's great, but it's *you* and the way that you *create* that's interesting to us, or to me at least. Wether it's video essays or shorter videos like these, it's always enjoyable to watch. Not many content creators manage to be interesting not for the videos themselves but their style and type of content. You could put out whatever you wanted to and i would still find it interesting and enjoyable. I believe that this is mostly due to your writing style and your naration, the former being because of the depth of the analysis and the way that it's explained, and the later being exceptional voiceover quality and scripts. It's truly hard to believe that you have a relatively small audience compared to other channels when to me you're one of the best creators i've ever seen. I really want to put an emphasis on this last point once more, we are invested in the creator, you, not so much in the kind of creation. I say this because i know how easy it can be to feel trapped in a specific genre of content. Have just a wonderful day, that's the least i can say after having mine greatened by the bingewatching of your entire channel up to now.

Hey, thank you for making these videos - the one on FEZ was truly one of a kind, both summing lore and story up and explaining it to the necessary degree, both making valid assumptions and stating facts I'm absolutely sure that in a couple of months the channel will reach tens of thousands of subscribers, and i think i haven't encountered a channel more deserving subs and views

First I want to say you are an incredible video essay -ist. Your vids are both comprehensive and affecting. Second, as someone who has followed Rhythm Doctor pretty much since its days as a flash demo, I've got to say you've captured everything that makes it wonderful. I suggest you play 7th Beat's other game, A dance of fire and ice, on steam. It's a very different game, but still has the same love for music and rhythm, and for how inexpensive it is, it provides a lot of fun.

If you'd like another very charming rhythm game where you can complete the game without even seeing you should check out the rhythm heaven series, those games were actually a big inspiration for the developer of rhythm doctor (it's literally in the rhythm doctor official download page), going as far as making 2-Bonus a reference to the first endless game in rhythm tengoku (first rhythm heaven game) As you said at the start of the video, i know you don't play a bunch of rhythm games but rhythm heaven has a lot of the same basis, only uses up to 2 buttons at a time (if i'm not mistaken there's only one song/stage where you use 3 buttons in the 4 games the series has), if you do decide to check it out or play it i'd highly recommend starting with the wii game (rhythm heaven fever) Great video and good luck with your next video! c:

Your videos are very enjoyable to watch! You have a very good understanding of writing and video editing (pacing) It is just about time until people find your channel and snowball the sub count! I'll send this to my friends Best of luck!

fellow rhythm doctor enjoyer 👁️ i understand that you prefer to listen to the music to play rather than see a stream of notes, but as another commenter said, the other game by the developer, A Dance of Fire and Ice, somewhat expands on the concept of simple one-button rhythm. it essentially strips the whole concept of a rhythm game to its barest state no skipped notes, no holding notes, just pressing basically any button on your keyboard to the beat. it also manages to make a lot out of a relatively simple formula, but it suffers the same issue of content that beat saber does IMO (although that may be because i have 90% of my hours on the game's custom content. that being said, it's 6 bucks for a good few hours of enjoyment. highly recommend, especially if you like to challenge yourself. on another note, definitely do try out some of the custom content for rhythm doctor. the charting scene is large, and you're likely going to find something that you'll enjoy.
