Hey Mr. Fruitman, I just wanted to say thanks for getting me interested in this series. You sent me down the pipeline of “this rhythm game kind of looks cool” to “I make custom remixes for fun” to “I’m buying ADOFAI just so I can chart rhythm heaven songs in it.” I’ve been having so much fun over the past few months and I have you to thank. Also, your remixes are always on point

One thing that absolutely kills me is the ending portion with Double Date. Everyone points out that the girl is gone and that's valid but *the weasels are gone too.* He has no reason to keep sitting there and kicking the ball. But he does it anyway. For the reason I'd like to cite the song itself. "She said, 'It's not now or never, wait ten years, we'll be together'/I said, 'Better late than never, just don't make me wait forever'" And later on, "I was doing fine without you/'Til I saw your eyes turn away from mine" He's doing this because he wants the routine. He wants the love of his partner, sure- but he also wants the things that he did with her, because in the end that's what validated their relationship. He thinks if he keeps doing this, eventually she'll come and sit down with him as he does it. But she won't. She's watching the baseball game with someone else now. EDIT: I, in a frankly idiotic display, called the weasels "gophers." Weasels made less sense but this game doesn't make sense anyway, so that's a bit disappointing.

It's so fun to watch the progression from Grayfruit not knowing what Rhythm Heaven is to having beaten every single game and putting out banger remixes like this.

I’m not sure if all the theming and references I’m seeing were intended, but I love them all the same. The constant couples at the beginning turning to trios, or one single guy, or far away in the clouds, and the constant anticlimax of hitting the ball, that satisfaction going to someone else’s game. And the hotter wrestler. That one’s important.

Oh my God. The girl being gone from the bench at the end? Incredible. One of my absolute favorite games and a song I've been listening to a lot lately while going through a hard time, this was unexpectedly meaningful for me. Thanks for that.

for some reason seeing the boy alone at the end makes me emotional? it feels wrong seeing him there alone after playing the series for 9 years

I love grabbing a controller and fake playing along to these to get a feel of how difficult they would be in the actual game, amazing work as always gray.

The first transition from Exhibition Match into Bossa Nova might be one of my favourite transitions I've seen in a custom remix like this. It's so smooth and feels super good to play along to. Love it

This has legit become my preferred way of listening to this song. The transitions between rhythm structures with those SATISFYING ass Boxing rhythms are beautiful, and the Batter separating the different parts of the song; especially at the end; is just amazing honestly. IMO this is your best Custom Remix (though I do love Buttercup and Tieduprightnow)

great concept dude! I don't wanna sound like a downer or anything but i think if the rhythm sounds were a little louder than the vocals it would really feel as if it was an actual level. That being said, totally loved this mashup
