Having begun his career in a local salon in Birmingham, Paul Hanlon now works with the biggest fashion photographers and, of course, Vogue Paris. Rianne van Rompaey caught up with him after the Paco Rabanne show at Paris Fashion Week to find out how to get a job as a hairdresser in the world of fashion.
