@@raihanrawoot8664 The printer needs to have its sensors reset. You need to have Badgy Print Center, open it, right click on your printer and click properties. Go to Maintenance>Printer command and type in 'Sa;r' (without the ') and wait for Answer to be OK. Next step you type in same spot 'Sa;c' (without the ') and the printer will recalibrate, and it should say OK again. That's all.
