Hi Newbart ID , how can we fix PRINTER OFFLINE problem with Evolis Primacy? The cable is new and previously working fine with pc. But now, it keeps saying PRINTER OFFLINE and the roller keeps running and making loud noise. Please help, thank you

So the ribbon belt of my office's edikio flex broke because it was worn out. I found 3 thin rubber bands laying around and use those as a replacement. Running flawlessly. Just so anybody wants to know.

We have the problem that the ribbon always breaks at magenta and the magenta is welded on the card. Do you have any idea how to solve this problem? It seems to be a temperature problem.

Very Informative. However, none of those solutions applies to my problem. My printer shows a Mechanical Error only when I press print, "There's no card jamming, Not strange noises, and Ribbon is new". I opened both of the side covers just to check for anything loose, but everything seems to be fine. If you have any ideas, please help.

You don't need a genuine PSU just make sure it's the same voltage the same center positive/negative and the same ampage with tolerances +2 amps max
