∙ 4 cups cake flour
∙ 1½ cups water
∙ 1 tablespoon sugar
∙ 10g Instant dry yeast
∙ 1 teaspoon salt
∙ ¼ cup olive oil
Sautéed Mushrooms & Onions
∙ 4 onions
∙ 7 garlic cloves
∙ Olive oil
∙ 250g Button mushrooms
Atchar Braai Relish
∙ 2 cans Tomato & onion mix
∙ Olive oil
∙ 1/3 cup Hot Mango Atchar
∙ 1 tablespoon sugar
∙ 1.3KG Ribeye Roast
