Ribs on the  

Smoked ribs at 250⁰ with a blend of @allegromarinade Black Pepper and Teriyaki marinades rubbed with @btleighs Somethin to Beef About. Sounds strange but awesome on pork!
These were smoked in my @chargrillergrills Auto Kamado over @bbcharcoal until probe tender..... no wrap on these. They took just shy of 3 hours to get where I wanted. Bite off the bone but not fall off. They were damn near perfect!
