Flair has been blessed with good health and a strong body. So many wrestlers have Died from their injuries and much younger than Flair. Ric is a genetic freak. Like a cat with 9 lives God bless you Ric. Keep going brother 💪🏼
These foos do it on purpose so people jump in the comment section, correct them, and get their algorithm up so they can make more asvertising money fromAdSense...and YOU! just fell for it!...
I'm telling you Ric you ARE the luckiest SOB alive. At least in pro wrestling you are. I can't believe what you've gone through physically and emotionally and your STILL on top of your game. God must have a purpose for you. The "godfather" of this business.
What you are talking about - Ultimate Warrior left right before the Survivor Series 1992!! He surley did not wrestle Ric Flair in 1993!! Maybe you are talking about a time frame after Summer Slam 92, as Ric Flair won back the belt from Randy Savage... To Flair Saw you wrestle early 1993 Bret Hart for the title in Mannheim, Germany! Awesome Match... a friend of mine says till today - "best Match ever"!!
Where's he pulling these dates from? Because I thought it was RR 92', (Flair won & was in for like an hour) I know jim was NOT with the company that year unless it was dark matches. 93', Idk if flair was there that year. Maybe a couple months tops.
Flair was old by his first WWF run....and yes, his style of wrestling was a throwback to the 70s, specifically Harley Race. He never evolved passed that.
It’s easy to trash a guy who was pure entertainment and blew ratings through the roof weather he had the best wrestling skills or not Warrior was a big time Feature attraction sounds like a lot of SERIOUS WARRIOR HATERS ,much respect to the Icon Wrestler Ric Flair
Don't forget undertaker. Undertaker wrestled all the way through while other wrestlers retired then came back. So many great wrestlers. From 1980 to 2010. The 30 short years the entertainment the wrestlers brought the people is a once in a millennia. We will probably never witness anything like it again.
Flair is the goat and I'm a Michigan guy, but he's gotta let go of these manditory statements about NFL guys he wants to stay cool with. Brady has declined dramatically this year. The teams record, his statistics and play have showed that. What he's done clearly makes him the greatest of all time and it's not even debatable anymore, but this talk about Brady and Rodgers playing great is either incredible bias or just flair flat out lying to stay in good grace. I'm also a Detroit guy. What happened when Rodgers got beat on his home field to go to the playoffs in the last game of the year? No disrespect, but c'mon man everyone listening knows that's senile.
2,600 fans that paid to get in was astronomical compared to a normal WCW/NWA show. Heck if you did a study you would see a lot of WWF shows were 4 digit crowds. Go back to the early 80s and there were Andre/Hogan matches that took place in front of 4 digit crowds. By the way, it was 1992, not 1993 you misinformation guru.
The Ultimate Warrior had no business in a ring. He couldn't wrestle, was out of breath from running into the ring. The show was over as soon as the bell rang. Goldberg was even worse!
Wrestling is the most racist sport in the country! 80 years in the business and multiple companies have never produced a tier 1 black champion on the same level as Hogan, Stonecold, Undertaker, HBK, HHH, Rick Flair, Sting to name a few. Please don't insult African Americans and claim the Rock, the man is Samoan, and has the same amount of black in his genes as Elon Musk! It's an openly racist sport and it's always sad to see black fans cheering on these racist fools. The black man is a superior athlete in all sports except wrestling, let that sink in!
i think ric flair should of lost the title to the ultimate warrior and have bret hart win the royal rumble 1993 and have the ultimate warrior vs bret hart for the title at wrestlemania 9 and have bret beat the warrior for his first title and have warrior hand bret the title at the end like hulk hogan did to the warrior at wrestlemania 6
Nothing dumb about it. I had zero interest. As a canadian i grew up with dynamite, davey boy, bret, and later owen, benoit, jushin thunder lager, hiro hase, pilllman and many others. Found flair’s absolutely repetitive, boring, mundane and HOKEY CHEESY spots very overrated. Now add in the useless warrior who I always hated (being a teen/adult) by his time, and recognized as a terrible wrestler… nope… ZERO interest. I’d rather have watched say… steamboat vs any jobber on earth than flair/warrior.
Alot of people walked away from wrestling when the law suit happen with hogan and vince, alot of people lost hope for it and for a while people thought it was real. There was a HUGE drought in wrestling around that time.
@@datacipheryeh , let’s be honest. Flair and warrior? No thanks. Infact I rarely watched flair. Very boring very limited skills. Best thing about ric flair is his music and his “wooooo”. That’s that.
@@gojirajenkins8528Actually it was Warrior/Ultimate Warrior the character, not Jim Hellwig the person. Warrior always spoke in his Warrior persona about all matters concerning wrestling.
So why listen? I do not understand why people will watch or listen and then comment like this. Don't stick around long enough to bother commenting. I don't come to Flair for the big, grand storytelling. He has a calm and simple style that works for me, and it is a nice contrast from his in-ring personality.
*The reason he didn't drop the belt to Warrior was because by October it had become known that Warrior was buy steroids from a bent doctor in the UK, so any plan to have him take the belt from Flair wad nixed (that was also one of the reasons McMahon went with Bret, because he wasn't an obvious steroid guy)*
