Thank you for posting the videos. But I offer a correction. IEPs and 504s offer accommodations. IEPs do not have to include modifications. The main difference is that the IEP offers services, and a student must qualify through 13 specific eligibility categories. (Missed a pass by 5 points the first time, hoping to pass the RICA on my second try)
