Support staff always get fucked by redundancies, in every single one I’ve seen. Then the company takes years fixing issues of listening in the first fucking place. Instead of playing 1 dude 80k they pay 4 people 30k. They want us overworked and underpaid everywhere in America and it’s coming to a place near you!

Arsenal still don't have a left back. Timber's a right back, Tomiyasu's a right back, Kiwior's a center back and we're looking to move Zinchenko on. Tomiyasu can play left back to the same standard as right back and is two footed but I don't think it's a good idea to have a player who's going to want to pass with his right as a first choice left back. Calafiori would own that position and then it also creates competition for Gabriel as well

I remember those guys who used to come by every few months and audit the branch at Barclays, such a pointless job. Why couldn't a branch manager just go to another branch and do an audit? Made no sense to me and the audit guy was a class a pillock. Never forget he was sat talking to a lady in her 50s while she was trying to cash up her till and because he distracted her she made an error and missed something and she got told off for it when her till wouldn't balance. It didn't actually fix anything either, everyone would be a bag of nerves all day while he was walking about and next day everything would be back to normal, people doing stuff alone when there should be 2 people, leaving money on the floor all sorts.

Same reason Spurs weren’t, everyone knew they weren’t at that level and would fall off. They were over acheiving, a lot of people didn’t even think they’d be top 4 let alone compete for the title. They overachieved. Arsenal was a very different story.

Stick to your own club, people lose their jobs all the time, those who don't are the ones who deserve to stay. If they did such a great job at united then they'll soon get another one with their amazing cv won't they. I've faced redundancy 3 times in 15 years at different firms and all 3 times the people they got rid of weren't doing anything of any use or weren't as good as other people in their department. A company isn't obliged to line peoples pockets who aren't helping the business.
