Nice recipies. But in Tawa Pulao-.. after adding capsicum (green bell pepper) and Tomatoes chunks at 2.25 you covered with a lid to let the tomatoes soften. I wonder to my surprise, the capsicum had the same bright texture n did not soften a bit but the tomatoes were looking very soft n mushy 2.41. videos nicely edited I assume. But According to my preparation, I saute the capsicum for half a minue first and remove from heat n keep aside. After the whole procedure at the end after adding cooked rice I add these capsicum. This maintains the green colour n gives the correct soft crunch to Tawa Pulao-.
