recipe: 1.put 1 cup of jasmine rice into a bowl 2.rinse the rice 2× with regular water (use your hands to rinse any dirt off the rice) 3.put the rice in a pot with 6 cups of filtered water 4.boil the rice and water for 10 minutes 5.transfer the rice water into a jar 6.add filtered water to the rice water let it sit on your counter over night after that 7.pour the rice water into a large bowl 8.rinse hair with rice water for 5 minutes(put it in the bowl) leave the rice water in your hair for 30 minutes 9.rinse out the rice water from your hair(you don't need shampoo) THIS IS IT!GO GET YOURSELF HEALTHY HAIR.I HOPE THIS HELPED
Here’s a tip before I go and ask my mom something I go 3..2..1 and say it as quick as I can and sometimes I do panic a bit so I have to do the 3 2 1 a couple of times

I love rice water, I ferment my rice water for about 3 days to 2 weeks, it really depends on my mood. Before applying the rice water, I seperate the rice from the water, and grind the rice into a paste, which I use as a face mask/scrub.
@@lovestoryhub1999 rice water does smoothen my hair, so far that's what I have noticed. I use rice water, once in two weeks, I want my hair to get use to the rice water before, I use it every week cause rice water is quite potent.

@@kirannathani9123 I used to pour it on at the end of my shower and barely rinse it. That was a bit too drying but it did give me good results. I would do it once a month. Now I do it like her, dump my hair in a bowl of it upside down for 25 mins ish

When the hair was all gone. I had dents in my head from childhood abuse😒. Long story. It feels amazing like a weight lifted off😊. I felt free. Weird but yeah.

Im gonna try this without the heat aspect of it as heat damages hair. I havent used a dryer in over two years and it’s severely saved my hair from more damage than a heat protectant
Have you ever tried the rice paste? Please try and share! You basically mix the rice and it’s water into a creamy paste and put it on your hair like a mask.
So my poor hair has been through so much. I didn’t feel like I had control of my life and what was happening (not at home but at school and with my friends) so I dyed my hair : red green blue purple and my now grown out but pretty bleached hair is looking less than well. Surprisingly it’s not too bad somehow my hair always bounces back and is fine, but it’s still not as healthy as I’d like, one issue I have on the bleached part of my hair is dryness. so I tried this super skeptical. And my hair feels sooooooo soft. This is now going to become a regular 1 every other week thing.

Girl the only problem I ran into is I put 6 cups of water and I boiled it the time you said, however the rice absorbed all of the water and there was no water left.... sooooo I just wasted a bunch of rice. Are you sure you only boiled it 10 mins?

In my private experience I can say that onion water is dangerous because of its smell 🤭 it stays on the hair for a very long time , especially when you sweat in the summer, I mean the head . I couldn’t wash it off even after a few days . I’ve heard a lot of good recommendations about onion water , but only because of its smell I stopped using it (

I used the rice water and left it on my hair for about an hour and 20 minutes and when I cleaned it out my hair and my hair dyed, my hair pattern was flatter my hair is usually extremely wavy and alittle curly now it’s not it’s lose wavy and I’m so sad about it because I’ve tried putting products in it and cleaning it again and its still not how it usually is.
so your hair have too much proteins in it, so this rice water method it is not recomended for you, i will suggest you to use burdock herb, it is also for hair growth and strenght :)

After watching numerus of your rice water videos, particularly the one in which you use rice water for 7 days, how come you now apply the water to your ends as well, and not only your roots? Did you use that method only for that video, since you didn't necessarily rinse your hair after applying. Or are there any good benefits of applying the water to your ends as well? I only stumbled upon your videos today and I am very intrigued, and would LOVE to try your method. I am just wondering about whether to apply to all of my hair or maybe only sticking to the roots :') xx
It’s just a lot easier to get the rice water onto my entire strand of hair when I’m rinsing it in a large bowl. Also, I was using it everyday and didn’t want it to dry out my hair, so I just avoided my ends all together. I do the method you see in this video once every 2 weeks, so it doesn’t typically dry out my hair. I hope this makes sense! 💖💖

I bleached my hair 2x to get it silver My hair was up to my Shoulders I really thought my hair wouldn’t grow or be healthy anymore , nope I was wrong ! My Hair is up to hips now ! In less than 8 months , everyone hair is different but they for me was just washing my hair 2x a week and saw quick results fast ! Hi, I have come across many videos of how to use Rice water and you explain it best , but still my one question remains unanswered. I should follow this routine anyday after shampooing my hair or should I skip shampoo all over ? I mean this is alongside my normal hair routine , right ?
ohh so jasmine rice doesnt leave a scent. when i did it with jasmine rice i was sad because i thought my fermentation failed as it had no smell and my previous batches (with different rice) stinked lol
