He sure did didn't he! Thanks Mark! I've done a lot of voice work this week including a very shouty video game yesterday and I think it's put pressure on the area because it hurts more today! Day off today with very little speaking hopefully! Hope you're well

Great coverage and humour! Looked a tough headwind to finish. The sandwich situation was hilarious😂 (sorry!) We've all been there. Usually it's my children's bottles responsible for those bag drenching moments.

It's nice to get the perspective of one of those peoples you see that congregated at the side of races doing percussive things with their arms and making loud noises with their mouths. I always wonder where they come from and why they're there, mainly because I couldn't imagine myself in a similar position. Unless I was injured, of course.

Yes exactly! What are they all doing? I can only presume they were also making youtube videos about their friend racing while also making the video more about themselves

Quite nice going to race and not racing. Don't get nervous, can eat cake or anything before the race and for some reason the urge to go to the toilet seems less than normal. That said hope you are back out there soon.

Thanks Tim! You're absolutely right - it was a lot of unpressured fun in many ways! I fear I may have gone slightly backwards in my recovery - 3 days recording an audiobook and then a very shouty 2 hour video game session yesterday seems to have put more pressure on the ribs and it hurts more again today! Oh well!
