What do you call murdering all of Egypt's firstborn just because one man, the pharaoh, was stubborn? This god seems to have a pattern of killing people who don't have anything to do with what someone else does. I believe humanism is far superior. With humanism those innocent people would be alive. All religions, but Christianity, has this so human rule: You do this and that and you have the favour of your God. I never saw God as a being who laid the moral rules down and that actions are only right or wrong because he says so. Actions are moral or immoral based on what they do to other people. God simply tells people what is good or bad, he doesn't decide what they are. That wouldn't make it objective morality at all and it wouldn't work anyway because how would you determine that God is good unless you have some other criteria to base your judgement on.
