RDA is great! He's the reason I started to watched Stargate.... but only after a few minutes I realised that it is a great show! I'm thankful for the movies they gave us and hope many will follow. Thanks for sharing!
Mr Anderson is my hero and my favorite tv actor of all time. I have so much respect for him . Thanks so much for Macgyver and stargate mr Anderson! Stargate saved my life I think,a little more than a year ago I became depressed and so sad and tired of my life, but then I got the complete Stargate sg1 series, and began watching it,and it made me so happy and had it not been for that show I might not still be around. Macgyver allways makes me happy to,I love that show so much.
"There's another Colonel O'Neil with only one L, he has no sense of humor at all." :D (referring obviously to Kurt Russell's version, I just love how they put these little nods in the show.)
He's referring to O'Neil's son - who died after accidently shooting himself with O'Neil's gun. This was mentioned in the original movie and also in the series.
What a GREAT and FUNNY actor RDA is. He was sooooooo good in MacGyver and then he MADE Stargate SG1 the blockbuster hit that it was. Thank you, Mr. Anderson, for being the BEST.
As in an emotional scene 2 Richard Dean Anderson when he had to do the last series of MacGyver it was truly emotional for and the guy when I said goodbye for the 7 years of MacGyver is truly emotional scene between Peter Thornton and MacGyver when they hold each other at the end and he thank the audience for the Show of and it was truly emotional sleep is lovely to watch an emotional thing like that and it's got a lot of heart and character when watching Richard Dean Anderson and had truly kind-hearted original MacGyver and ever and he was in Ireland having an interview with a lady today and then he was doing talking about the Halo 3 been using in Ireland Richard Dean Anderson came over to Ireland think is Northern Ireland or south Ireland where he was and he was in an interview talking about his 9-year old daughter Wiley Ambrose Anderson and I've got a connection as a lovely father and daughter and got a truly emotional scene and which Dean Anderson when he said thanks to the audience for 7 years and I went off in the sunset salmon MacGyver 2012 we animals called he's got is the red van called in is a red van when he was driving when he works for the film over the weekend and he's had a daughter and that was Dunning 2012 with a killer robot I don't know what the film is called with starring Richard Dean Anderson and that starting and he did make a comeback you come back to do a film in 2012 I think it's called Titan Richard Dean Anderson nurse about that so I'm just going to jog your memory do you feel do you remember a film called Titan when you got when you're driving around in the red van and it's something to do with Mercedes-Benz the and it's something to do with that another original MacGyver music and you had a picture of you the younger version of you when you work for the Phoenix foundation and he came you don't come back in 2012 you made a comeback in 2012 in the year daughter was born on the 12th of August 2002 my daughter was born in 2222 models was born in was born in August 12th of August daughters born in 12th of August 2002 my daughter was born on 2002 daughter was born Melissa was born on the 12th of August 2 202 my daughters born on the 12th of August 20 need another opening another too 200 but another two on that doesn't to my daughters born on the 12th of August 2002 Lisa Jane Kingsley Smith is named after a father Mark agent Kings Lynn
@ComeToRejectCity you wouldnt believe how much attention i pay to that show. i just randomly quote stargate in everyday conversation without intending to :) lol
Yes, in that time it was indeed, untill for me BSG came. But i love SG1 too still very much.SG 1 and atlantis tohether are on my 2nd place. Greaeaeat storytelling
what dead plan classic humor no one is better than richard dean anderson at this he says it so matter of fact straight faced you don't know if he's pulling your leg or not I spent 14 years watching this actor in his Angus MacGyver and Jack ONeil roles you want to be an actor watch him he keeps it simple and understated
If you want, I'll transcript out the whole thing for you, but basically all he's saying is a joke about how the episode Cold Lazarus (about his character's son's death) was kind of "emotional" - he's understating it (being sarcastic), as obviously it was a really deep subject. :-) That's really the gist of it. If you want word for word though, let me know.
