I own a 67 galaxie fastback same color with a white painted roof and a 390. Love seeing these cars. Just got mine driving after it sat in a field for 30 years.

When I was 8, my dad gave me 2 cars, both in excellent condition. They were a 1959 & 1960 Caddy Limos. They were like mini houses, complete with flasks and glasses. A lot of fun was had in the back of those cars, and they didn't move an inch. Beautiful cars. I remember staring at them, taking in every inch of the black beauties. That was just as enjoyable as playing around in them. I've gone on to build custom cars and draw some cues from Cadillac as far as ingenuity, being different, bigger, bolder, yet refined and elegant. So far, so good....😅

the 66 Fastback didn't come with the headrests in any config... but the remote trunk release was an option I can't remember if it was a factory or dealer installed option but I do remember seeing that I think in the owners manuals

At -1:17 in the video Richard talked about The sound system. Reel to Reel, 8 track, cassette and soon. He forgot about 4track tape. Had one out of a VW 12v sys. Hooked a FM converter on it and stuck it all in 1970 Buick Skylark Custom. Sounded great for its time.

They need to remove flat tires and replace with good tires and rims, free up stuck brakes and get trans out of park into neutral. This is a glorious car from another time. Who would let this car just sit and rot in a field?????Who was the first person to abandon it?

Guys, 1966 Mustangs had an optional AM/8 track STEREO from the factory. The speakers in the doors ARE FACTORY.

I felt that because of location it hurt. But he is a winner and they just keep on winning. Didn't mean that in a bad way just hustler all the way. That old box ford would make a damn fine gasser. Put a 460 ford to make it a screamer. Friend built one and the exhaust valve was like a bottom of a Coke bottle.
