it is pretty amazing & a little scary, that someone who is clearly troubled can hide it so well. Like Colin said. during the interview. I would have signed him too. A pro bowl level guard. If you had a franchise qb, he would be quiet. Notice every team he has been on he is one of the best players on the team. Rams, Dolphins, Bills before Josh Allen, and Raiders. Who cares if he is a bully, racist, and has anger problems. He is an offensive guard. Plug and play. What people don’t understand is that Richie wasn’t a bully, it was a really really bad culture problem that wasn’t even just about him, he just was the face of it all because it was his voicemails and texts that were leaked. Locker room culture was really and is still really brutal and gritty and that’s why his black teammates in both Miami and Buffalo have had his back. He’s obviously not excused, using the n word is 100% unacceptable, especially in a role model profession. BUT, the situation was allowed to happen by the NFL, the Miami Dolphins, his teammates who were just as bad, and Jonathan Martin himself who kept his issues with it to himself and then decided to handle it by going public before even confronting his team. HOWEVER, Richie went insane, retired from the Bills, went crazy on Twitter, threw a dumbell at someone in the gym because they thought he was from the CIA and hacking him using his bluetooth ear piece. So, maybe he is a psychopath racist bully, but don’t give the other offenders in the situation the slip.

On August 20, 2018, Incognito was arrested and taken into custody after an incident at a funeral home where he threatened to shoot the employees while making funeral arrangements for his father. Police seized two Glocks, three rifles, and a suppressor for a handgun in Incognito's truck....Employees told Scottsdale police that Incognito wanted his father’s head cut off for research purposes, and that he had walked through the funeral home punching caskets and throwing objects ... Incognito was charged with disorderly conduct and making threats ....

I hope everyone bashing Jonathan Martin realize that Richie admitted that he, Richie incognito, was the problem. He flat out said it took him months to realize that he was the problem but he did realize it. And it seems like he is finally turning it around with the therapy. Best thing for him to do is dedicate his life to combating bullying. He can still do broadcasting as his main gig and also combat bullying similar to how mike Vick combats animal abuse

Played o-line and I understand why he thinks he hasn’t had a concussion, if you’re decent you’re always going to be initiating contact to someone who is not sure where exactly it’s going to be coming from. If I look back now I can think of one time I might have had a concussion it was on the play he described where you get hit unexpectedly. I got hit after the whistle. I’ve been hit hard and seen it coming and it’s not the same as the unexpected hit, you kind of just pop back up and it’s not so bad, even though your brain is probably like wtf.
