This is Ever, which actually opened in 2020, but for the sake of the show opened in 2013 I think? I can't remember what year they said in the episode, but it's actually a two-star restaurant, not three, but still an amazing experience that I hope to have one day.
Fanciest place ive been to was Vic and Anthony's steakhouse my bill likely was around 300-400 not counting the rest of the table. Splurging on A5 Wagyu filet mignon for myself is basically around 300 for 6-8oz. Also the only place ive been to with a dress code. Apparently Harden goes there after games in Houston. Personally id rather pay for a really expensive steak than some of those fance dishes that look like foam ext
