I love Reddie! I am so glad they made these two a thing! Even if they made Eddie die in It Chapter 2 at least we got to see R+E!!! Some people may say that's not enough but there are still clues that Eddie returns these feelings. Like the Hammock scene and when Eddie took off his cap right after Richie said there is no reason to where those saying no ones scared of spiders and then finishes off by saying I stand corrected. Its so cute and obvious Eddie likes Richie as well! I just wish Richie would have been able to say "I love you," to Eddie when he died. Or Eddie saying that too. But I think I like what Eddie said, even if its not "I love you," I think he said it to make Richie laugh and make him feel better to leave him there to finish off the clown with the rest of the gang. That way Richie won't worry about him even though he didn't make it. And I think it proves he likes him because it kinda shows that he appreciates Richie's jokes and loved their playful banter back and forth. And they still have that friendship like when they were kids. Its so adorable! So I appreciate that line. It was kinda his way to get back at him to, but to also make Richie smile a bit. And yes Eddie has a wife but he doesn't really love her because when he says "I love you," to her he instead says, "I love you mommy," instead of saying, "I love you honey," or something like that. And he doesn't even defend her when Richie makes fun of her! That just proves he doesn't really love her like a real wife. Instead he uses her as protection, just like what happened with his mom. That just proves that! I to ship Reddie, they're literally made for each other! No saying they aren't because there's prove right there! And when Eddie sticks with Richie and just sides with him on everything! Its so cute! And obvious they are made for each other! And when Eddie remembers Richie's words and saves Richie from the clown but ends up dying himself it was sad but so cute and selfless. And it did show some in the 1st movies too, when Eddie hugs Richie before he leaves after Stan, he literally just hugs him! It was so cute! And he holds his hand and is next to him the whole time, its just so cute! Not to mention their cute banters! Still the same as adults! They are so cute!!!!! Favorite ship!
