RICHMOND - QUEENSLAND - CARAVAN PARK AND DINOSAUR MUSEUM 

Travelling around Australia in our Red Centre Caravan we arrived at a place called Richmond, Queensland. We stayed one night at the Lakeview Caravan Park and what a great park right next to Lake Fred Tritton. You can launch a small boat in the lake, go fishing or walk around the entire perimeter which is also lit up at night.
The Caravan Park is operated by the shire who have spent a considerable amount of time updating facilities and the area in general.
RICHMOND is also home to a major attraction the Kronosaurus Korner Museum, dedicated to displaying marine reptiles, dinosaur skeletons and fossils.
