@@666zombee he wanted an online school option. She wanted to just kick them out. It's a joke to say they are the same, when it isnt on the practical side. Beth cannot be asked to put work into something that doesnt enrich her. Rick is the same but hes doing this to show the point that he can take responsibility, which beth ironically could not.

Even if tony did a bunch of research and figured out the perfect plan, and executed it perfectly, Rick would just appear out of a steamy hole in the floor in the shape of a crustacean with a genetically engineered blob designed to psychologically force tony to self destruct his own suit with him inside. It’s be covered in smelly goo and keep begging for hugs.

The abandoned Beth, for whom he posed as her father returning after a long absence, was abandoned in Cronenburg apocalypse world in Season 1 and never found out that Rick C137 wasn't her original father. This is at least Beth #3, who probably doesn't even know that her own Rick (who likely was an imposter Rick himself since he too returned after a long "absence") died long ago in a science accident and is still buried in her backyard by Rick C137, who legitimately doesn't even know if this Beth is a clone.

That squeal was like Beth has been waiting her entire life for her dad to pat her on the head. The entire focus of this episode changed after the reveal that c-137's original beth died when she was young and he's not the version that abandoned her. This is the second time he's risen up to raise a kid(s) that he never abandoned.

Here's a pen and a frisbee with the online college's logo on it. The frisbee is also food-safe so you can use it as a plate as long as you don't accidentally microwave it, which is likely going to happen anyways for every 1 out of 4 students who receives one.

This is a What if, but What if Beth wasn't really that evil in her childhood (The C-137 Beth) and the father of the child (in Beth's wonderland episode) did indeed ate his child. And the child, Rick assumed was trapped was from the dimension before C-137 world.
