The thing is - without the modern conveniences of today's society - Jerry is actually a badass. The problem is he's almost never given any opportunity to fulfill the role as a "protector" because the world he inhabits is relatively safe and convenient.
Ok so why is no one asking themselves what ever happened to god Beth? Like did she live happily ever after with their army of Jerry's? Did she evaporate? Do they have a time limit before they just die? Is she like a legit god? Like where did she go?
They lived out the rest of eternity in paradise. The buff Jerries get to be with their god and goddess Beth gets a harem of worthy Jerries to worship her.
@@scramble1718 not exactly the "rickest jerry" as he is just the opposite of jerry. successful, confident, etc. he doesnt have ricks genius or shortcomings.
Smiler Vlogs and Stuff hey that’s not completely true, with infinite dimensions there may be a jerry who isn’t so much... jerry. So there may be at least a few where Rick actually likes jerry. Or at least a few Ricks who aren’t so Rick, and likes normal jerry.
Jerry’s biggest fault is complacency in a world that doesn’t reward it. He knows he’s perfectly average and is ok with that. Now, he definitely has his shitty qualities. But he’s not nearly as bad as the parts of the fandom that are too busy jerking off even Rick’s worst qualities like to make him out to be.
there are infinite universes. In one Universe Rick is the nicest guy and basically made trillions off of his inventions that benefited all life in his universe. In one, Rick passed away and Morty went on to become the most brilliant mind the universe has ever had thanks to ricks guidance. In another, Jerry is a great man, husband, and father and takes care of his family as they live a healthy and wealthy lifestyle. In another, Beth is the most respected and highly regarded surgeon on several planets. And summer lived out her fantasies while still being summer.
So its just like rick c 137 but successfully made teleportation and no evil rick come to visit him and his wife and daughter didn't die? And jerry is a great man for some reason.
@@MrMrPortal and after watching the season finale. There's a chance that beyond the curve there's actually a shit ton of universes where Jerry is the perfect father and a great man.
8D14 LAM Ho Ying LAM That’s not why I like him- I like him because in apocalyptic scenarios, he rises to the occasion and becomes an extremely competent man.
@8D14 LAM Ho Ying LAM True, I porobably should have worded my comment better. Although, the fact that he is normal, weak, and a bit of a pussy is probably the reason people hate him.
I don’t even know who to accept as the real Jerry anymore. First they abandon their old universe for this Jerry then he possibly gets switched out with a different Jerry at a daycare for Jerries. It’s like that episode of American Dad where Stan gets raptured and his personal heaven is just his normal life.
I have this sinking feeling Jerry isn't as beta as we think he is. Like yes he acts that way but he has potential, a life time of mis-opportunities and constantly being ridiculed and belittled by his family has left him impotent. The dude survives everything and I'm starting to think its not just luck.
Jerry has been shown to be resilient many times and when he's in a world without Rick like cronenberg we see he becomes a badass protector that he is meant to be
Actually, I think that's just something that someone trying to ignore the situation would mumble to themselves. The pornhub theme sounds a bit different. I should know, I committed that sound to memory.
The nicest guy in the whole show and everyone steps all over him or he gets taken advantage of. Shame the only time he can have a great marriage is when Rick and Morty aren’t there. He didn’t seem to care when they left them for dead.
The lesson in the post apocalyptic world version of Jerry: Sometimes, you have to go through some real challenging, horrific experiences to bring out the best in you.
Jerry is just alive in a world that is to advanced for him. He strives in survival. Rick is a great scientist and a genius. Jerry is a survivalist and uses what the world gives him. In other words. Jerry is very similar to Rick, but also the complete opposite of Rick. That's probably why Rick can't stand him.
NubGamer remember that time when his father-in-law and his own SON were clearly in danger and are about to DIE. Summer was doing the very important job of saving their LIVES which includes his SON’s life. Instead letting her save lives, he keeps distracting because he wants to MOOCH off his own daughter.
Does nobody notice how she only started making Buff Jerry's because she saw him as a strong hero. Before he started talking and made her start to make regular Jerry's .
If u think of it, the only reason why Jerry is a weakling is because Rick is being too dominating on the family, once Rick loses dominance, Jerry becomes a complete badass
Rick has both and Jerry lacks both and this isn't really accurate, they're motivated by very different things. Jerry likes living a structured little cookie cutter life, Rick wants to live an extraordinary, boundary-pushing life.
I'm glad to see Jerry at C-137 dimension is totally badaas since Rick Potion #9 episode but too be honest, he was and only badass Jerry that you ever seen. Well, Jerry in the new dimension only just being badaas for a while.
I mean, to be fair… he’s not too far off about the factory tv settings. To a degree. Maybe not “too high,” but certainly off in one direction or another. Personally I find most tvs to be too cool, but the tint (green / magenta balance) is usually pretty ok.
Dang the craziest part of the episode, where morty visits his original dimension? Is that even though he and Rick screwed it up, and ditched his family essentially in an apocalypse, morty actually has the audacity to come back to his dimension, face his family after whe he and Rick did, and try to ditch his original family again. So cold hearted. Would make a wonderful rick
