@@Graemedico It’s a great story, and I am jealous too, but the DMT experience (smoked) is, necessarily, a personal one. IME it doesn’t really matter who I’m with, or where I am, because to them I’m simply an unconscious body, and to me I’m within a different world completely. And I mean _completely._
The only way this story could be more Roganized is if this man was surrounded by little Hitler elves giving him the finger, saying “fuck yoooooouuuuuuuu!!!!”
This episode was life changing for me in a literal sense. I watched this whilst on holiday in Portugal last June, and immediately ordered the T-shirt Joe was wearing as a way of supporting MAPS I was wearing the T-shirt whilst walking down the street in London about a year ago, heading for my next train home I got to a street crossing, looked to the person to my left, and it was Rick Doblin himself! We got into a beautiful conversation, photos were taken, and I’ve been working with MAPS ever since. A couple of months ago I was confirmed as their Music Industry Ambassador, and there’s been some beautiful projects and support come from it I still trip out from what happened that day, and can trace it all the way back to this podcast, so thank you Joe, your impact ripples outwards in ways you may never expect or truly know, but it’s truly a service to humanity in a lot of ways ❤️

Psilocybin DMT, mushrooms and psychedelics, as a whole, have shown substantial promise as beneficial agents that can truly aid individuals grappling with mental health difficulties
I totally agree! DMT, Psilocybin mushrooms and psychedelics in general have shown great potential in helping people with mental health issues. It's truly remarkable how effective they can be in treating depression and anxiety
Can you help with the reliable source I would really appreciate it. Many people talk about mushrooms and psychedelics but nobody talks about where to get them. Very hard to get a reliable source here in Germany. Really need!
YES very sure of Dr.raymycolx. I have the same experience with anxiety, depression, PTSD and addiction and Mushrooms definitely made a huge huge difference to why am clean today

I can never decide what I love most about Joe Rogan's podcasts: Joe's reactions, Joe's guests, or the nature of Joe's followers in the comment section. Each is like it's very own, separate treat, every time.
This guy makes a very interesting point. It's something I don't think you can explain well without having experienced the same realization in a very profound way
very true!!! . as someone who struggled with depression and suicidal thoughts and even actions that thank god were stopped by others, I have realized life at its core is just positive and negative energy, and both + and - energy builds from what you give it, if something bad happens to you that either makes you angry, scared, or sad you can either let it get to you and the negative energy will continue to grow and make everything we worse or you can choose to move on and try to make something good out of it and build off of that... I used to be so depressed and I always thought about my struggles and I just got more and more depressed and sure enough more and more bad shit happened until I was so down on life I finally became numb about the bad things in life and I decided to only think about anything good. an example would be I quit my job and sold all my stuff and was going to move to a different state, then I was robbed and instead of dwelling on it and thinking how shitty everything was I accepted I cant move away and immediately looked for a job and I ended up finding a career job and built off of the positives from there... I made a horrible negative thing into a positive... because if I never got robbed I never would have gotten thi s career job... I learned to never get stuck on dwelling about the bad...

no classic Joe Rogan, he steamrolls through to some pointless story about Hitler doing drugs again. Back in the day I blasted that much coke meth and heroin it's great. It's not that big a deal he just had a great guest on Doctor heart that would agree stop making drugs some crazy ass thing.
Try tripping balls on dmt in the form of Ayahuasca and the fire dept pushing ketamine on ya to get ya to calm down. Little did they know they brought me to pure oneness and death. I know I died that day...but here I am. Death is the ultimate illusion. Well...all of this is....but nonetheless only thing we can experience. It's an illusion...but it also isn't. Lol. We are the paradox folks. Lol.
The amphetamines the Germans were taking was called Pervitin and there was also an American and British version that our troops were taking called Benzedrine. Japanese kamikaze pilots were also taking amphetamines, overall these drugs contributed greatly to World War II especially regarding fearlessness of soldiers, pilots and the like
I can't find a source anywhere for any good psychedelics in my area, I suffer some pretty bad depression and i got a chance to try K and man it was a miracle substance, I felt free, the only high or euphoria was from the relief of my vices being released, that's exactly what it did
Mushrooms completely turned my life around my anxiety and panic attack disappeared and my personality changed into a much more generous and loving person
@@uwehans8897 Magic mushrooms don't only help with mental health, they help amplify your empathy, if people were more empathetic the world would be a better place
my strangest experience has been when i took dmt (smoked) i was trying to manifest what i wanted to know, anything that could help me with my future, i started seeing patterns and then started to go into the spirit relm and what i got from this is as soon as i got there i kept getting told you dont need this help over and over and then i almost had all and any visuals gone for a few minutes not feeling anything, which makes me think that they are almost saying you dont need this trip, then a few minutes later i was bought right back into the trip, was very interesting confusing trip 😂
For me I felt like I was dying and I was freaking out and I didn’t want to die. I finally let go and a huge geometrical being appeared that was infinite. Every time I looked at any part of him it would go on forever and ever like a whole universe was inside one little cell in his body. He showed me around and I met his family and friends and he took me to places I’ve never seen before. I saw little elves and tons of other stuff. I was honestly so relaxed when I was there that I just accepted that it was my new reality. (Long story short) All of the sudden I just came back like I woke up from a dream and have been thankful ever since to live on earth and be with my family. There’s nothing I wanted more to see my friends and family again and just hug them one last time while I was coming up. The feeling was so over whelming that I noticed how much my family and friends mean to me and what value they hold to me as a person and what I can do better to strengthen relationships. Everything’s not perfect now but it definitely gave me a new outlook and perspective on life
That would be a phenomenal title, possibly the greatest title of all time. A buddy of mine told me there was a title called 'chimps can rip your dick off', so I looked into it and it turns out there is.
Psychedelic’s definitely have potential to deal with mental health symptoms like anxiety and depression, I would like to try them again but it’s just so hard to source here
They’ll tell you that you are one with Hitler and then they’ll ask you to convince other people to also use DMT and come meet the elves. Because the elves are also known as Demons and all they do is deceive.
I had seen a million horseshoes on salvia, well not exactly a million but I knew exactly what Rogan meant. They used to sell this 30x sh*t at the smoke shop and us 13 year-olds would be getting BLITZED! Man, I miss those days. I’d argue that salvia was as good as dmt.
i find it comical how people get surprised by their own potential to be evil. History is not about those other people. Its a colourful journal of what your mind will decide to do when pressed hard enough. Being a good person for most of us is severely limited to be well fed and pamepered by circumstances.
@@XJonAye you mean like going out and hunting an animals to fed himself and family? Goes to show how out of touch from actuality people have become. Everything is a choice. The world provides everything a person will ever need. Only lack of faith in God causes fear and anxiety.
I would love to see Joe's medicine cabinet. Hell hes probably got a medicine safe or room. I would enjoy spending the hours upon hours googleing all the shit and seeing what each ones affects are. Or even a guided tour from him would be a dream come true. I imagine Joe has doctors that write whatever he wants. Althought hes very smart and health concious. So some of it might just be on hand for a rainy day of sorts.
9:00 Eucodal is oxycodone aka OxyContin. It's not only he same compound, it caused a major addiction crisis back in the 1930s identical to the OxyContin opioid crisis of our days.
This was my tree in Japan experience! I became a tree in Japan and I went through the center of the earth to sprout, I then saw the nerves or veins that connected the entire earth. It was what literally ended my depression! Maybe the first time I ever felt really connected to anything around me much less everything.
@@breadman5048 no just shrooms only tried acid and shrooms haven’t had either in over a year. Felt like at 42 years old I finally saw what I needed to see.
While I was on a shroom trip... The world started to go in reverse. I mean I can vividly remember going back into the womb. My shroom trip took me all the way back to the blank canvas of creation. Then someone hit the play button. I watched the Creator manifest planets galaxies and stars. I seen the beginning of existence. I also witnessed the demise of mankind. I seen the lifecycle of our planet. I've also seen our Sun shine for the last time. I've done shrooms since... But I've never had a trip that life changing.
Holy cow. You’re like a unicorn. You should make a video about why you stopped doing videos when you’ve got over 100k subscribers. Legitimately quite fascinating.
I was once heavy into psychedelics, but I got to a point where I felt I got everything I needed out of them. Even with “bad trips,” I never felt more clarity about the course of my life and my relationships. For anyone considering using any for the first time: respect these substances and surround yourself with people you trust. It can be overwhelming, and I’ve had bad experiences that altered my perception for weeks. But the positives are spectacular, not only as a feeling but as a spiritual experience. P.S. you’ve never heard the beauty of music until you’ve listened while on LSD.
First one I did was mushrooms. A beautiful chocolate blessed by a shaman in Costa Rica. I did a 3day silent fast, set my intentions and had a wonderful experience. Mushrooms and I are good friends. So kind to me. The second was 5meo DMT. This time in Costa Rica. It was such a stunning and profound experience. I didn't ground before but I didn't need to. Somehow I managed to completely surrender to the Universe. I am so eternally grateful for that moment. I do not feel I have to do anything ever again. I didn't seek out 5meo, it found me which I believe is key. The most challenging part is falling back into old emotional patterns. It is a humbling scenario. Having that moment to reflect on helps me remember where I really come from.
@@JamesRichardWiley It freaked me out the times it made me forget I was human. I remember once listening to 2Cellos…absolutely beautiful and I thought I was merely a sound wave traveling through the string instruments.
