I've been married for 30 yrs to my best friend so I know exactly how you feel, I'm proud of you, you're doing a great job smashing! Dear Rick, I would be interested in you covering the Super Yacht the “Bayesian” story. The huge sailboat that sank in Sicily Italy with billionaires aboard. A beautiful sailboat that had a 246 Ft mast! That is crazy tall! $39 million dollar vessel. The photo of the ship in the evening prior shows how huge the vessel is. The people on board when it sank was Mike Lynch British tech tycoon like a Bill Gates here. Johnathan Bloomer the president of Morgan Stanley International & their families that died on board. Cliff Diver - OMG .. I'm old but I've also seen too many people who did stupid things like this and it did not end up well ( dead or paraplegic ) His mom probably lost her mind when she watched this video. Solo Smashes are great!! I would like to place a bet that Kelly comes back early!! I also booked a lot of days for collage move in across the country. Once they met their roommates and wanted to take flight alone with them after a few days, I ended up with room service in the hotel alone 😂 it's a good thing but not without a few tears.

Rick, yes you are right about our political woes I have no problem with people who feel differently than I do, I listen to them I can empathize with their concerns as I also expect the same, unfortunately I was attacked on the smash from some of your conservative listeners. Rick I really like Kelly please don't let her watch this season of the OC . TAMRAT is unbearable to watch and it might push some buttons because I think TAMRAT should have stayed gone she's just so evil to Shannon l dislike her just as much as Teresa. I just don't get all the nastiness going on with the HW shows. Miss Kelly thanks for your time and energy. God Bless You 🙏🇺🇲 . DNC is such a JOKE. FOX is my go to all the time now.

I make it with cottage cheese and eggs. 1 cup of cottage cheese and two eggs. Add seasoning of your choice. Cook for 20-30 minutes. I like things a little over cooked with a crisp so I do 30 minutes at least. There you have it. I put cheese on top, or pesto, or eggs, or avocado, etc.
