I listened to the podcast, and Luis did encourage and say her daughters should wear short skirts and thongs...what Step-Father in his right mind would say that. Plus why did they take the podcast down if he's so innocent? It was just a week prior that he wished harm on Margaret and her Fing Son (his words too)...where there is smoke, there is fire, and this guy has had a lot of smoke since Teresa brought him on the show. Good luck to her.
Exactly and he literally started the conversation bringing up the topic, it wasn't Teresa bringing it up and starting the conversation about those things, she piped in just agreeing and said yes etc. It was so weird how Luis talked about it and in my opinion seemed so excited talking about it. Totally creepy!!!
Read the transcript- it’s still there. I saw the show the day it was posted and Teresa raised the issue of the girls only being young once etc and brought up the thong thing. She was talking about Europe but whatever. She was contrasting to her Italian upbringing. Luis agreed. I’m not a Luis fan but it didn’t strike me as creepy in context. The way it has been exploited is beyond creepy it’s insane but very typical with the haters.

Thank you, Rick, for your view and response to young ladies wearing thongs. If Louie had the same response, he would not be in this situation. It is refreshing to see a man with good sense and class. With that said, I was triggered by the story because my childhood friend had a step dad who was super cool, encouraged her to to let loose and everyone loved him. My gut told me different. Fast forward to adulthood. We met up a few years back and yes, he did turn out to be a creeper. I enjoy your show and would have been disappointed had Rick responded differently.
Everyone hears and interprets the same information differently. I heard the original podcast and still thought it was weird they were even talking about it. He also wished harm on someone and their child. It’s not normal behavior if you’re generally a good person. People who talk like this, are comfortable doing so and probably say a lot worse.

Aww....love listening to your daughter's emotions about leaving her job and her work friends. Brings back memories of my daughter when she started her first year of college in London. We have a house in the Hamptons and she worked as a hostess in Montauk since she was 15 every summer. While other kids just want to hang out at the beach, we were so proud that our daughter wanted to work and make her own money, especially being in a beach town. Good for your daughter and good for how well you raised her. She will have an exceptional experience and be prepared to spend lots of money on her mini travels LOL....We were so unprepared - our daughter made so many mini trips while in London to Amsterdam, Scotland, Paris, etc....and we did what we had to do so she could enjoy these experiences.

One year ago I purchased a washer/dryer from Home Depot and the light in the dryer went out soon after I purchased it. I swear it was a refurbished unit. Today, I just ordered a new microwave from HD, keeping my fingers crossed. Great show guys❤❤

It appears appliances don't last as long as they use to. I live in Phoenix, and Kelly you certainly know how important it is to have air condition in Phoenix in the summer. I knew that the unit I had was old as I lived her a long time, and it was already old when I bought my place, but I didn't know how old. So last year when I replaced it, the HVAC worker told me it was 37 years old and it was a Trane. I never, ever serviced it, in over 20 years and only once had a problem and it cost me $250 dollars, but I did regularly change the filters. Also was told by the worker, you don't have to get an air conditioner serviced and just use the cheaper filters as the more expensive filters make the air conditioner work harder. Things use to be built to last, now they are built to break, so sad!

My family and I just returned from a vacation in Maui with our 17 year old daughter. She wore a tiny bikini, and every girl on the beach was walking around in a thong.

There’s nothing wrong with the tiny homes that are being marketed, but there are many other factors to consider. The homes come in parts and need to be built…that is an extra cost. Depending on where you live, you may need to have extra insulation and you definitely need to have the home leveled to the land that you live on and then considerations of plumbing and electricity. We are home builders and I’ve seen people think this is a great idea until they look into all of the other costs which can be tens of thousands of dollars. That being said, it is definitely less expensive than buying a traditionally built home. And I have to say I would love to see the Rick and Kelly show go out to the public and ask some really good questions about today’s political climate, and just basic questions that high school or college graduates should be able to answer about this country! Please put that into production! 😊

Actually, if they could take payment plans such as Affirm or PayPal4, it would be helpful to many who can’t afford it. But being in Canada, it might be impossible. I’m on an extremely strict budget since my husband died, but I budget to buy Soul Life. It’s worth it. I do understand some can’t fit it in no matter what. Times are hard.

We live in a very nice gated community in Texas...nice homes. A few streets over there are million-dollar homes...they are also gated around 8,000 square feet 1/2 to 2 acres. Top quality, top builders, and gorgeous. You guys need to move to Texas.
I see it this way everyone’s viewpoint has been formed because Bravo and production due to editing have given viewers a narrative of certain housewives being horrible when in actuality they are the opposite. . Bravo has done Theresa dirty since her sister in-law joined the cast. It amazes me that after all the editing people actually believe this is how people are when we are only getting 5 minutes of their life that’s edited. So when the heck is everyone going to wake up and realize these networks are just out to make money. Newport Beach is THE most expensive zip code in the USA. the mansions you mentioned in NJ are in the middle of nowhere about 2 hours from the beach. i'm sure you can find something really nice for $2.5 mil if you moved 2 hours inland. The Gorga's shore house is beautiful but it's across the bay from the beach island, you still have to drive if you want to go to the beach. We went through two new fridges…it was the worse. I then changed who we were purchasing the fridge from, and just like that the new fridge worked. It is a nightmare even if you are the homeowner…you have to wait and they don’t replace they send you a check. At least that is what we had happen.

agree - I am a realtor and landlord - appliances aren't made like they used to be. It's too bad the mgmt co is using Home Depot, they are the worst.
