Great! Thank you. I try to use the diaphragm as much as possible when inhaling and it definitely ups the HRV. Great to come back from chronic daily stress. Trying this now 3 x a day and it pays off.

Well done 💞 @djc truly is such a fantastic way to relax your nervous system for pain I have sciatica to & had spinal operation & have osteoarthritis & fibromyalgia I do Breath work everyday it’s so much better than medication relaxes the body so much & I mix it up with yin & yoga nidra & if you put a bean filled yoga pillow over eyes whilst doing the 🧘🏼‍♀️nidra it helps relax your nervous system even more much 💞💞💞💞 2 u djc
