Saw him back in '83 at the height of his fame in Lakeland, FL. Was that really 41 years ago. Gimme a time machine, I wanna go back to the '80s! He still has amazing energy and is underrated as a musician.
No can use my right hand. This is going to be a long long road to recovery for me. Only thing that makes me feel better about my situation is listening to you in your music Rick Springfield watching new videos watching your interviews so interesting and lots of fun thank you for being you.
Hard to believe at 13 he was my very concert in 1983 during the living in Oz tour. I think I actually still have that shirt from the concert. He was the reason I started playing guitar when I saw him playing the fender in the affair of the heart video. Rick was definitely my influence and always followed his music. I was so lucky that I contacted the right person who ended up getting me a backstage pass to meet Rick and his band after the show in 2004. Still have my photo of him and myself and him performing that night. I have so much respect for Rick to come out and talk about his depression. Can totally relate. Thanks for the video. Try to stay focused will you on the camera? Lmfao😂
@@mattdiel151 mean either. I remember he started his set with “affair of the heart” and came down these never ending steps before he got to the stage. I wish there was bootleg DVDs of his living in Oz performances.
I did tell you that I had a stroke in my sleep three days ago now I’m so dizzy I can’t walk or anything it’s terrible. I’m hoping it will get better in time.😢
Not surprising. Superb stagecraft isn't an accident; it's the result of years of training, thinking about how to excite the crowd and give them value for money.
