That young lady was as sweet as she could be, other than "do you think he's gonna wake up and eat that stuff," she was so patient. She even told him he could get in the casket at the end LMAO!!! God Bless Her! Rickey u a str8t fool! Still the "King of Pranks"
That girl on the phone got to be the dumbest person to take calls at a funeral home because I would be dying laughing! when she asked me about putting the radio in and turning on his favorite Gospel Station LMAO!.

I'm a funeral director...releasing details of services isn't a HIPPA violation. Releasing details pertaining to personal proprietary information/health information of a deceased is however.
