Are you familiar with Ricky and Steve's XFM radio show back in the day? They were always joking about how dumb and uninteresting the people who heard the show were (and how it was a 'tin-pot' radio station and they almost had viewers in 'double figures'). Anyway, Steve once sarcastically pointed out the 'scintillating' audience questions they received, and one of them was the rather inane question: 'Rick, do you ski?'.
the scott hansan question I think was an attempt to make them recall a question on XFM, Steve read out, that said "Do you ski?" that Steve showed to show how shaudy their audience is.
4:18 In the podcasts Karl used this same expression to describe Steve's dancing, which obviously resultes in ricky laughing histerically. I looked it up and this clip is about 4 years after the fact.
