Here is a good idea for the BRACKET SCENARIO. Find an indoor venue that seats 80k+ draw names for 1st round of the event and then follow a typical double elimination bracket contest. Have the drivers put on the gloves and just beat the piss out of each other. No tires issues, fuel usage, or pitting issues. The ropes are safer than the safer barrier. Unless you are up against them. Hey, let's even allow the pit crews to play, too. 4 to 5 day event, million dollar pay out to the champion only.

I mean Ricky sucker punched him, but it’s no cheaper than the way Kyle dumped him during the race. Based on what I saw on replay NASCAR should have immediately parked Busch. Just like NHL, if the refs don’t protect the players then they have no choice but to stick up for themselves. As you can’t drop the gloves during play like hockey, this is the closest a driver can get.

It sounded like Ricky Stenhouse Sr got involved. From the raw footage i saw, unless I am mistaken, Ricky Stenhouse Jr seemed to be yelling for someone to get his dad. It sounded like he didnt want him involved. He should never have been involved to begin with, his son is like 36, but props to Ricky for not wanting him involved
