Ricky is everything that’s great about Scousers. People give them a bad rap but when you meet one like Ricky they’ll make you crease up laughing. Such a funny, warm and jovial man.
You need to do a bit of research, Ricky was originally attracted to right wing politics, but his politics changed dramatically in the seventies forever. Remember people change. Sir Winston Churchill, everyone thinks was a Conservative - no, he was also a Liberal Party member and a member of the Liberal government under Asquith.
Interesting piece of trivia- Ricky was once in the National Front. Like many lefties he's against immigration as much Enoch Powell was. No one mentions this. I wonder why? I suppose Nigel Farage is too right wing and un- trendy.
edmund184 He was and he would happily admit it. Then he went to prison and was given a book by a warden. It changed his outlook. It owns his past, people can change.
Left wing people are NEVER into nationalism - if they are ? Then for that time....they are right wing ....the right wing are the villains ....bloody hell mate , get your facts straight
@@TheMichaelseymour The extremes of both right and left wing ultimately lead to the same outcome, Google the horseshoe political theory it will explain it better than I can.
