Ricoh Mac Driver with User Codes 

Download the Ricoh Driver - www.ricoh-usa....
Once downloaded open the download and run the .pkg file and install the Driver.
Open System Settings and go to Printers & Scanners and click Add Printer, Scanner, or Fax.
Click the Globe icon near the top of the current window.
In the Address: field put the IP address of your device
Protocol: Needs to be Line Printer Daemon -LPD
make the Name: field something that you will remember for that specific office.
Under the Use: field click the drop down and hit click on Select Software - use the search field in the next window to find your specific model Ricoh/Lanier device (Ricoh and Lanier are the same company and just recently did away with the Lanier name) and click Ok.
Click Add at the bottom right hand corner of the window and click Continue on the next window.
Open the app named Notes and key some text in and hit File Print
make sure your new MFP is listed under Printer. Set any settings you would like to save for the preset for this copier.
Click Job Log and put a check mark next to Enable User Code and put your User Code in the User Code: field and then click OK
Back near the top right hand corner click the Default Settings next to Presets and click Save Current Settings as Preset and name it something you will recognize. You will have to use this preset, or any others you create with the User Code, to be able to print.
