many thanks.. i tried all the steps still cannot work.. i am using macbook air big slur, my machine is ricoh mp c2503.. i do not know is driver issue or what.. if you guys got advice or solutions.. pls let me know.. appreciate it..
Does the MP C2503 have a Postscript card installed? The 03 series devices require a Postscript card to talk to macOS. Card would be located in the SD slot on the rear left-hand side of copier just below the 2 USB ports. It may have a cover over the slots.
That device is not supported for macOS. You could USB connect it to your Mac and it may use a generic postscript driver. It will not have much control over your print options, but should produce a page.
