Lovin it! I am offski this morning, not quite the 'Road to Cannes' but its double figure temps, some blue sky with the wind on my back. Yeah. Cheers man
Fantastic video. I always look forward to your next - pure riding utopia. The roar of Ramona is a musical symphony. Some of the best riding content on RU-vid!!
Loving another one of your videos. Well done. One of my new favorite channels! May I ask what your camera settings is (to ensure such smooth and non pixelated/artifacts footage)? Cheers mate
Thanks for kind words .. we only brought the GoPro last year .. i have so little knowledge about it , our daughters husband set it up on day one .. I’ve never touched settings since . I’m seeing him tomorrow and will ask then get back to you . Kind regards
@@LeanIntoTheWind yes mate and everything booked now. Need some practice runs with the new kit but I really have to change the bl@ody bars, they are horrendous 😫. Ride safe mate
Quad lock .. with built in charger .. if you have the same bike , you’ll need the 10mm spacer they sell . Without it It won’t clear the headstock cover .
Brother, when's the last time you adjusted your clutch? Sounds like it's banging pretty good? I knew a guy that changed to a little heavier weight because it thought the shit was to thin, obviously 😉. Maybe I'm just hearing things! Like I said, I ride a 2010 RK and it's good to know that them there newer bikes make the same noises as the old ones. When you're downshifting it sounds like it might be hitting just a tad to hard. For what it's worth 👍🏼
Tbh it’s always had a good clunk to it . I was dropping in heavy on this road particularly. The engine is much smoother on newer models but that clunk is pretty normal so I’ve heard . It’s due a service and new tyres so when it’s in I’ll get them to check it out . Cheers for that though
I don't know why, but I love watching these types of videos from the riders viewpoint. When you stopped I heard some growling coming from that engine or primary. I'm being half serious. You should check out your primary. How many miles do you have on your cam chain tensioner? I'm just saying🤔 I'm going to listen to this again. I don't think that noise is normal.
I tried to edit my original comment but RU-vid wouldn't let me. My Road King is a 2010. The windscreen should fit but I'm not sure? I'll check with the shop Monday. That terrain looks like Idaho, Montana, South Dakota, North Dakota, Wyoming, Nevada, New Mexico 😂😂😂 I just noticed a BIG DIFFERENCE about your roads. They have way fewer signs than in the states! We have signs for EVERY curve. I kinda like that, but of course we have signs for way too much, especially SPEED...Fuck safe... have fun my Brother!
Thank you dude .. we are from U.K .. this was South of France couple weeks back . Tbh as I road this road it reminded me of the canyon roads just back from PCH Malibu … brought back Cali memories. Beautiful roads … I’ve never felt the need for windshield in all fairness never had one and don’t miss what you not had huh ! Best wishes pal
@@LeanIntoTheWindMark, in regards to the windshield, I have one, whole Memphis Shades Road Warrior fairing and it’s in my attic. I’ve listened to people on RU-vid who said it’s necessary, but in fact it’s not. I have the same motorcycle as you and why would I buy a Road King in a first place if I needed a windshield? Silly me! Great video! 👍🏻
@@dawidos117 I think the best thing about motorcycles especially Harley’s is changing them about to suit ‘You’ And I don’t think there is anything wrong with buying a road king and putting screen on it , personally if I’d wanted one I’d have bought a Road glide as I think that fairing is such killer looking . But I like the stripped back . there is no right or wrong … It’s like music or art we all like different stuff , motorcycles no different.
