Rideau Canal - Hogs Back Locks and Hartwells Locks to the Ottawa Locks

Used to live on Linden Terrace (23) in the early 70s, opposite Patterson Creek. Spent many happy hours on the Rideau Canal, both winter and summer. Miss it still....

the video is great, thanks. Also enjoy all the information you've written about the canal. I've paddled the whole Rideau twice - except for Merrickville to Ottawa - I've saved that for this summer. Very excited to be paddling/tenting/hiking this portion. Thanks again for all your information - it's made planning easy and a whole lot of fun!
