I was going to go check out the park this morning and I figured I’d watch a video first. Definitely doesn’t seem like it’s worth the $50 lift ticket + parking fee as the park stands. Needs wayyyy better flow trails and more “bike park” features. 1 drop is crazy for a whole bike park lol. And what’s up with all that pedaling???? I’ll go to Baker Creek for free if I wanted to pedal that much.
Thanks for sharing, I'm not pro, just enjoying mountain biking on hard tail, this will be enough for my skills and looking forward riding this in September.
Man these trails seem like Sam Pilgrim just cut them out the day before and then it rained right after. I’m not sure it’s worth $50…unless the trails have gotten better since then?
This was my first time mountain biking here this weekend and as a beginner I had a seriously fun time. I did the Easy Street trail and Flying Squirrel, and only went over one time (@ 8:48 turn) but the pads and helmet helped. If you are already there and have any experience on a bike and want to try mountain biking I would recommend doing it here.
The chairlift was down that day, think it’s pretty slow what people were saying. They ran shuttles in a truck and probably a 7-20 minute bottom to top depending if you had to wait
@@bennybradford The Tech stuff honestly looks really nice. Wish it was longer but whatever. The flow is lacking bad. Wayy to much pedaling on those green trails to be considered downhill. The blue trails need more jumps on them for sure.
I went here as a total noob. First time ever downhill mountain biking. I live in Chicago, flattest city in the world. Really fun place for a beginner, chair lifts save your energy. Rental bikes were awesome. Wear the pads, you’re not cool.
