Hi friends! 😍 Come with me to my horse riding lesson on Fisher! In this lesson we try and tackle Fisher's right canter lead once again! If you saw my last barn vlog on Fisher you would know that I had a terrible ride on him and I couldn't get his right canter lead... today we try it again! Stay tuned to find out if we get it! Fishy has a little bit of irritation in his eye but he’s being treated for it and he’s looking much better already! 😊

I think fisher has a bad eye! The amount of water coming out isn’t good, a tea bag should sort it, he could just have a bit of hay stuck or something! Worth mentioning to your instructor xx

Well doneee yayy!Just a little tip when canter just relax ,relax your hand ,just relax everything,and keep pull release on the rain close to the wall will help if the horses don't want to go in the corner,close to the wall.well done( not say in it in a rude way x)

Thanks so much for the tips! Yes relaxing in the canter is my biggest struggle 😂 I’m sure as time goes on and I get more comfortable I’ll be able to relax more but that’s definitely my biggest struggle ahaha

It’s definitely Daisy!! I haven’t ridden in her so long I miss her so much 😔 Bandit is probably around 15.1hh - 15.2hh if I had to guess !!!

I like that horse so much. I'm a total sucker for a chestnut. He did need a good eye wipe or maybe it was a scar. Good job on the canter and the two point.

@RidewithClara my grandmother told me cold black tea wiped on the eyes helps with eye problems. It really works. When I had a horse, we did this, and his eyes were always beautiful and clear. If I ever own my own horse again, I'll be putting that cold black tea on his/her eyes.

What breed is Fisher and how many hands and how long have you been riding for? I started riding when i was 4 but stopped when i was around 5 (I'm 15 now turning 16 in May) I Started again in July of 2022.I ride a 16.2 hand Suffolk punch gelding named Cedar.he is 12 years old. I ride him English. I ride a 16 hand quarter horse gelding named Brady. Brady is 20 years old. I don't own or lease cedar or Brady. I mostly ride cedar though

Fisher is an OTTB! He’s about 16hh 😊 yes as @cloudypopcorn8820 said I started when I was little for a couple months, and then had to quit because I was also doing dance. I’ve started up again 2 years ago! That’s awesome! I’m so glad you’ve gotten back into riding again 🥰
