I got tricked!! I wanted an epic ride to be my 800th, and figured it might be something like ArieForce, but I had forgotten I was at 799 when Sarah suggested we visit Storybook Land while in New Jersey, and I agreed! Thus we ended up at this very quirky park, that might just be one of the weirdest in America!

7:19 That is a Zamperla ChronoZ (currently the only one in existence to my knowledge). It was built in 2019 most likely as a prototype before Zamperla officially put them on the market.

Congratulations on 800! It could be worse. My 100th was Hercules at Dorney Park. I had no idea that ended up being my 100th until I got back to my hotel and started adding up the coaster.

Thank you Taylor, for bringing me on a nostalgia trip. As a south Jersey native, I came to this park a lot as a little kid, and Bubbles was my very first credit! It’s cool that we both have it as a milestone coaster

OMG! I used to live about 20 minutes away from there years ago. Probably every little kid in South Jersey went there at least once on a school trip. I can't believe it's still business. It's been there forever. It's a cute place. Congratulations on your 800th coaster ride.

To get to 800, you have to power through a solid 250-300 kiddie coasters, and Bubbles: The Coaster is the pinnacle of them all. Ku-dos, Taylor! Ku-dos.

If you like the quirkiness of this place, you’ve got to get to Santa’s Land in Cherokee NC! They have the Rudi Coaster. And a lot of those huge statues and weird displays!

I got my 600th credit a month ago on not quite a Kiddie coaster…Iron Gwazi! I try to avoid the Kiddie coasters, but have ridden almost 95% of all the grown up and family coasters in the U.S. Congrats on #800! SV was my 150th credit in May 2018, so I managed to ride 450 new coasters in under 4 years…all in the U.S. & Canada. I’m 53 and have over 30 defunct credits, so being older helps the credit count.

My 100th credit was a kiddie coaster called dragon challenge at Barry Island. But this has a lot of symbolic meaning to me for it was a coaster that formerly operated at the park I have been to the most Alton Towers and made me into a coaster enthusiast today with my first ever inverting rollercoaster being The Smiler

Your 800th just happens to be my first! I rode this when I was little and thought it was amazing. Of course it doesn’t stack up to any thrill coaster, but it is really good for what it is.

I'm just gonna say this right now: E&F Miler coasters are incredibly jank, but that's what makes them so good. Their larger models have the most unhinged ejector airtime.

HCongrats on 800! I was just wondering how you are able to keep track of all of your credits in such a neat way, I’m starting to approach the 100 mark and I feel like it’s increasingly hard to make sure I am counting correctly. I was wondering if you or anyone else who has dealt with this has had a similar experience.

You JUST got to riding Bubbles the Coaster? It was my first ever roller coaster being I live pretty close to the park and would visit a lot as a kid! Fun Fact: Bubbles would usually come out in front of the ride sign, but they looked to be turned off during your visit.

You’re not the first person with a RU-vid channel to make Bubbles the Coaster as his 800th! davidjellis did so in 2010. Congratulations on hitting the 800 mark regardless! I went to StoryBook Land when I was 8 or 9, but none of my family rode the roller coaster, and I only watched others ride it because I would have gotten sick if I rode it. :P I’ve only ridden 5 coasters so far, with my most recent being Cyclone @ Coney Island.

Back in the Fifties and Sixties they built these little Mother Goose/fairytale themed attractions *everywhere*, and most of them died but the survivors tended to expand. Most of them were built right around the time Disneyland opened, or even slightly before Disneyland--I think they were trying to capitalize on Disney's advance hype for Disneyland. Bubbles looks pretty good actually; is that an E&F Miler? Story Land in NH started out as one of these things, and now they've got Roar-O-Saurus, a Gravity Group mini woodie is that is unironically awesome. It's the under-celebrated sibling of Wooden Warrior and Oscar's Wacky Taxi.

First thought: this reminds me of Dutch Wonderland in Lancaster, PA. Second thought: that animatronic doll will haunt my nightmares. Third thought: a hatch in the whale’s mouth? Brings new meaning to the phrase, ‘down the hatch.’ Fourth thought: if you ever want a shameless credit run, there are a lot of parks throughout the state of Ohio which feature kiddie credits that adults can ride (many within 30 minutes to an hour apart from one another), including a Miler not too dissimilar from this one (at Funtimes Fun Park in Alliance). Further touching upon the near miss on Bubbles, the coaster at Funtimes prohibits adults from putting their hands up for that reason. Fifth thought: tip your Uber driver. Sixth thought: [in SpongeBob voice] look, Taylor: I’m walking through an amusement park … at night! … a lot to unpack, but you make these videos so darn entertaining. Great vlog, and congrats on 800!

Last time I went to Storybook Land was for a Kindergarten field trip back in 2009 but I have driven past it a few times whenever I'm down in EHT. Definitely the smallest parking lot I've seen for an amusement park since it's like only one row and the entrance is not even 50 feet from the Black Horse Pike. Pretty much everyone in South Jersey goes there for field trips in Kindergarten. The park is also popular during Christmas time and some may argue they have a better Christmas event than Great Adventure. Congrats on your 800th credit, Bubbles the Dragon is possibly my first ever credit, so I feel honored to have what could be my first credit be your 800th. Edit: The three guys in yellow shirts at 8:10 are the mascots for Pepboys which is a store kind of like Auto Zone. The Pepboys location in Stratford has the exact same dudes on the roof of the building. I'm also surprised Disney never even sued the park for their knock off Snow White, Sleeping Beauty Castle, and Alice in Wonderland walkthroughs especially because the characters are modeled after ones in the movies. Storybook Land had plans to build an SBF Spinner but it likely got canceled which is fine because the Shore has too many of them. A Vekoma junior coaster like Flight of the Hippogriff would fit better for this park tbh.

Congrats! So when you got 100 in 2015 I was at 286, nearly 300. I say nearly because I didn't actually get to 300 until 2018. Now you've more than doubled me as I hope to get to 400 this year...
