The forthcoming demotion of our busiest heavy commuter rail to light rail better not see services travel as slow as these units watched here do.

If the line is built for heavy rail, you shouldn't see a reduction in speed. Baltimore's light rail line, in sections, isn't designed for high speed - too many tight curves.
