you can actually hang a shopping bag or something to it and control it from your smartphone and walk beside it. No nees to hold heavy bags for a long time.
+peterpol vromans I think most of the people go to gym for that??? plus we should never force ourself to do something that is wrong for your body.if you do hold the "heavy" bags for a long time your muscles will start to pain and then you will go to docter for that.
I have the s-plus model that only goes 10mph out of the box, but I purchased a handlebar kit for it and a firmware upgrade that let's it go up to 17mph, although I normally don't try to go that fast because the faster it goes the easier it is to wipe out and get hurt. So I usually go 14mph top speed. Plenty fast! Plus 21mile range is pretty sweet too!
Lew, I ride an electric unicycle(EUC) around, I have had experience with this before and I dare say that an EUC triumphs the minipro. There are multiple brands producing these such as IPS(not as reliable), King Song, Ninebot and Inmotion. They produce models of various specs that vary in mileage, speed limit, weight etc. They can travel faster, further and be more compact than the minipro, the only setback to this would be a steep learning curve. Do check them out! You could find an EUC community near you for guidelines to choose your EUC, rental and coaching!
+WhiteWhistler "to" and "too" are both wrong. The word you're looking for is "for". Quick lesson, "too" is only used in excessive situations such as "this is too much food" or "this is too annoying".
Fantastic review mate, I actually own a miniPro... this thing is freaking AWESOME..all my friends loved it!! First impressions of the miniPRO below Package: Really well and properly packed, reminded me the Apple products, looks like Ninebot/Segway put a lot of money and thought on every detail. Smartphone App: absolutely fantastic, provides information about EVERYTHING and you can adjust sensors, lights, speed, enable alarm, use as a real-time dashboard, remote control like a robot! How far can you go on a single charge: 30km at least. I can go to work and come back home at top speed + spend a lot of time playing around, give to my friends to try... it just feels like you have an endless battery, you get tired after about 7km riding it.. I would say it would be pretty hard to run out of battery as you ride. The charger fits in my pocket, slightly bigger than a laptop charger. Speed: 16kmh may not sound very fast but you realise the speed if you have to jump off... it's actually pretty fast and it peaks 17-18kmh to correct your position and keep your body straight up. Yeah... so much fun!!!! =]
I own and use one as well, it's fantastic and quality built. A Kensington lock is a must if you're going into a store or leaving it unattended in public.
fancy meeting you here ;), actually i bought one of those yesterday, and i myself am 107 kg, but i have to say, it feels stable IF you ride on pavements like he rode, here, but on our pavements, in israel which aren't exactly leveled you do feel it wobbly.
Nah it really is great and addictive to use. He will probably like it even more than he expects. It almost reads your mind and becomes an extension of your body. It's so agile. You will fall sometimes though and so hopefully your body can handle occasional falls. Like when you aren't paying attention and get on from the wrong side. All the controls are in reverse and it will throw you off. It will happen to you sometime.
This thing is 10x better if you order the handlebars for it you can get it off there site. I have a video using the handlebars once I added them never went back to the knee staring, works like a charm :) Been using it now for 3 months
Every time i hear some shitty music on a youtube video i automatically scroll the youtube page and check the comments of ppl saying good things about it, but this time i rly liked the muic for some reason, and now ppl are bitching out about it, not a single good comment about how they like it. Am i getting boring?, cuz nobody likes the things i like. fuck.
Here is a guide to speed up your onset diabetes. step 1: keep eating as much as you usually do step 2: replace the small walks with standing still on a gadget step 3: rinse and repeat daily until your doctor tells you the "good" news.
this is several levels higher than hoverboards which caught on fire for no reason, can your hoverboard be controlled by your cell phone? didn't think so
Yep everyone falls eventually on these, but not in a way to hit your head usually. More like falling on your side or shoulder/arms. It would be really weird to land on your head falling off or it to hit before your body took all the weight. I've fallen a couple times. Actually I broke my hip finally falling and won't ride anymore, but I found out I have weak bones. Normally that shouldn't happen.
Love how you took the Segway out for a walk!! Better than a dog, you don;t have to carry bags to pick up... BTW: July 2019, under $400 at Target & Walmart
+Paul Chaos I don't think this can compete against th chinese hoverboards since they are way cheaper and the rich kids want the hoverboard for the swag factor also (this is way too classy, tho I like it)
Where do all these unboxing people get their money from..I dont understand...weekly videos of the latest gadgets and toys which i may have to earn for years to buy 2 or 3 products
if you think people are too lazy, why don't you walk everywhere, cook on an open fire, eat only what you can grow, wash your clothes by hand and so on. if you accept one thing then shut the fuck up about other things that make people's lives easier.
lmao that was the dumbest thing ive ever read. you're too fucking lazy to walk down the street? ride a bike. you have legs, fucking use them before you turn into a fat lazy slob. use your muscles or lose it. that includes the brain
The manual does not even tell you how to stop this thing when you need to . I got on mine and it sped up so much I jumped off . You sure make it look easy .
The hoverboard is just a segway without the stick, in other words, the "hoverboard" which doesn't even hover has been around for years on end but now all of a sudden it's cool.
Thanks for sharing with us. I have one of these and I like it. However I must say that if you hit a rock or an uneven spot the Segway will go nuts! and spin out. Uncontrollably... These are not meant for soft sand they should be ridden on hard grounds only. I have purchased a set of all terrain tires and fenders for mine. Oh ! I also purchased a handle bar so I took the short leg steering bar off. Now my little Segway is more like one of the big and awesome segways... Safe rides and enjoy

This thing is 10x better if you order the handlebars for it you can get it off there site. I have a video using the handlebars once I added them never went back to the knee staring, works like a charm :) STILL RIDING ONE IN 2022
