Want to learn how to ride off-road on a Pan America 1250? I was kindly invited along to the Harley-Davidson Adventure Centre in North Wales for an experience day to see what's involved and get some expert tuition from Dakar Racer and Enduro champ Mick Extance.
Having only ridden the Pan America on the road before I was a little nervous about taking the big bike out into the Welsh hills. But there was no need to worry, Mick looked after me well, progressed at my own rate and I was surprised how quickly I became comfortable on the Pan America 1250.
