@@brettdotcom3107 my most fav bike one more question yz250x is mellow than yz250 . And what jet are you running including power jet did you kept 50 power jet or dropped it to 40 for trail and riding ? And in winter what changes do you make in jetting vs summer ? Like in winter do you change main jet,pilot jet,needle pos and power jet. Or do you just adjust air screw and keep the entire jetting as it was in summer ? It would help me out alot .
@@safeerhuseyin1180 yz250x little less aggressive I think, I change my jets summer and winter, so atm is coldish I don’t think it would get to 19 degrees out, my main jet 178,jet needle n3cw-3, pilot jet 50, power jet 50, 2 1/4 turns on pilot air screw, I just keep an eye on my spark plug as we come into warmer temperatures then I’ll make the changes as needed for summer, I run castor927 2 stroke premix 220ml to 10ltrs, I also have a 9 oz fly wheel weight on it .
@@brettdotcom3107 like examples changes for summer one size lean on Mainjet and needles 2 and mess with airscrew to lean ? Keep pilot and pwr jet same ? Sorry for asking to much question i am saving for yz250x to buy end of this year .
@@safeerhuseyin1180 no worries with jetting I try keep it simple I just go off my owners manual and adjust from there. I think in the summer all I change is the jet needle n3ew-3 and pilot jet to a 52, and keep an eye on spark plug, that’s what works for me every1 is different hope that’s helps
