I failed my mod 1 twice on the u turn. The greatest bit of advice I got for it was to look up at the sky. Your body will automatically hold the bike up. If you look down at the ground like the person did in this video you have a greater chance of wobbling and putting your foot down. Look where you want to turn to, but look just above it.
I did my CBT a little while ago not been on a bike in about 18 years my instructor told me to look over my shoulder to the way I'm going and it worked for me.
The only fault i got was at the end after i smashed the mod 1 i forgot to wait for the giy at the gate! I was so excited i got the swerve test on the secons go which was my biggest issue but at least i passed!
Easier preferred method: -Clutch in, front brake in, left foot on the peg -pin the throttle and release the clutch, feather the front brake -when the back tire starts to spin, release the front brake completely and push off to the side with your right foot -when the bike spins around, slowly come off of the throttle until traction is regained, then go on about your way
commute 100 miles a week on my 125. I always try to remember my life-saver. Hopefully this will help me when I want to progress my license. Keep it up, ride safe. 🖤
Should have to do a theory test before going on the road anyway, if you don't know in theory what to do, what are you going to do on the road? Most countries before you even get a provisional you must pass a theory test.
@@thomasmcmullan3957 completely agree..i lmow nothing about road signs and i was passed on a ped in a day im now out learning on my homda cg 125 which is a step from a ped let alone not knowing the road signs😭😬 think its just self education
@@shannonbobby1914 You can read the highway code online for free, it'll tell you everything you need to know about round abouts, road signs, speed limits etc. Hope you've become more experienced since writing your comment i see it was a few months ago now :)
The theory tests are foundation level that 1st year high schoolers do on daily basis. Anybody can pass it if you study. Plus the answers are literally in front of you lmaoo. If people cant even pass a simple multiple choice test then you dont deserve to be on the road lmaoooooo. I passed my motorcycle theory test without studying i literally just booked it on a whim. Although i did pass my car license 5 years ago. But all i did was 3 days practice on hazard perception.
Lifesaver is just turning your head to look over your shoulder. It's to make sure there is nothing in the mirror's blind spot and you don't manoeuvre into something passing you.
