Continuing from the previous Hakone trip, this time I will take the Tokaido Shinkansen from Odawara Station to Tokyo. Since it's not too far, it only takes 34 minutes to reach Tokyo Station. Then, I will transfer to the JR Line and head to Ueno, stopping by places like Akihabara along the way.

How much is it from Odawara Station to Shinagawa Station via the Shinkansen ?

3830￥ (3100￥ if using non-reserved seat) This includes basic fare 1340￥ and super express ticket 2490.

@@FreshmanTraveler-xp3xu My ticket timing is around 10am-11am on a Tuesday from Odawara and I will most likely purchase it there 15-20 minutes before the train departure, is that timing the train going to be full?

I think that the train around that time might not be full (except for holiday). If it happens to be crowded, you might consider purchasing a non-reserved seat ticket.
