I actually have even less confidence in the opposition. Now the world is in trouble and financial systems in vital countries like USA and china going through problems. Climate issues. Social issues. Just as any NORMAL accounting, be it buying business properties or not, the ROI is very important factor on valuation, and if Ho Ching said this is 'too expensive for sales', means ROI from rental will be de facto the main critical factor for valuation of State Reserve in this property segment. Do you understand what I am driving at? Loong is too busy trying to use state tools to fight this, but this is going to be very bad news. Should the oppos be even smarter, this will be an outright corruption case fight, especially when it involves the ever LKY sensitivity in reserves. Dragging in CPIB merely destroys CPIB, because BY RIGHT (again), CPIB should at least understand the accounting issue behind. Or how to be CPIB without accountants proper? As if deleting messages is a crime? So because he deleted his old messages, it is proof enough there must be something nefarious going on. What happened to presume innocence until proven guilty mentioned in the letter? Should we be investigating any office holders that delete old messages? The point is deleting old messages is a crime nor grounds for investigation of wrong doing, unless there is a crime committed and there are collaborations between two/more parties.
