Hi! Generation Options lets you save as named for later loading? I'm thinking about nature of every instrument, so maybe you need more octaves or presence or any related configuration for that particular instrument. Same question, for load a group of sound by just one mouse clic!
Hello! I hope I'm giving you the answer to what you're asking: You can configure the Generation Options and save them as a Snapshot preset for later/re-use. You can do the same for the sound selections (save a Snapshot) - however, that will include Generation Options as well. A "Snapshot" really is like a photo of the all the settings on the instrument at a given time. Thanks! - Dennis
@@InSessionAudio thank you Dennis. I was asking because it seems better (for experimentation) to have both settings by separate. I'm thinking on keeping same generation settings, then easily move over saved grouped instruments (or just keep same instrument as long as move between different setting on generation). No matter what, you still have a powerful tool 😃
would be nice if the steps could be numbered, even small number eg on the top of the each stripe. When I play with more than 16 steps it is quite difficult for me to identify a step quickly. eg step 26th from let say 43 steps
Just stumbled on this, i'm really impressed how good it is and the depth it has for generating usable riffs. which drum library was the drums from at the end.
Thank you! There is definitely a lot of guitars in here (classical, acoustic, electric, e 12-string, bass), but they're oriented towards riffs as opposed to rhythm/strummed chord stuff. I know I linked you to this in your other comment, but if anyone else is reading, here is short vid that focuses solely on guitar sounds: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-w3M7VJvt5HU.html
That final riff is awesome. So is "Outside In" a bolt on if you already own the original "Riff Generator"? Or if as I suspect they are separate instruments.....is there a discount for owning the original instrument? (and Shimmer and Shake?).
Hi Richard - Thanks so much for watching through to the end and the kind words! Both Riff Generations are their own, stand alone virtual instruments, with no overlapping material between them. One version does not upgrade the other. We're really trying to put our best foot forward with the $99.99 intro rate - not sure if you've seen that - so hopefully you'll find that fair and within your budget. Thanks again and please let me know if I can answer any other questions.
This new version sounds excellent, but I was wondering if there is any difference (other than the sounds) between the Outside In Edition and the 1.5 version of the original?
Thanks Christopher. This "Outside In Edition" has five delay types in the effects section and a new algorithmic reverb (which are features added to Kontakt 6). Other than that, the engines are the same. Thanks again!
