Respected master...I hope I'll get answer from ur end... am facing acromiom clavicle join sprain ( type 1 ) injury on my shoulder... 3 months I took rest also, but when I resume my workouts again I'm getting pain on my shoulder... am very much worrying about this... I did all treatments and doctor medications but still am facing this pain... can u help me out of this...pls sir 🙏.... if I get answer surely I'll suggest to my juniors to avoid the mistake.. and ur words are very humble and so hopefull.
